mililani is not really that far away... takes me about 20 min if there isnt bad traffic. but last night she crapped out on me, it started stumbling going up a hill, then totally stalled..... i did manage to get it back down the other side of the hill but then it wouldnt start at all. i had a buddy come over who knew a lot about carbs, and we checked it all out, seems i ran out of fuel , and then fried the pump... thats my guess. Hey does anyone know what that valve is inline with the pump... it goes tank-filter-pump-?unknown valve?- then steel line to the carb... what is the valve? id take a picture and post it, but my car is about half a mile awayLOL . anyways., so i went out today, bought a fuel pump and am gonna install it later on see if that solves the problem. I need someone who knows about dellortos and racing beat to help me tune this thing right. the little jet looking things on the end of the intake arent adjusted properly and i need to know how many turns from bottom to set them at. if anyone can help me, please call me 8087792351. if need by i will call back and put the LD on my line. thanks.

I know there has been a recent thread on here about setting the timing on the engine via the flywheel marks, but not really sure if it'll help you here.

Try these links, see if they'll help. Also try searching with "tdc, top dead center"

^ A/F meters are fancy strobe lights. Widebands are better.
