Back-deck Burgundy (wine) carpet replacement: Found

The carpet in the back deck simply fell apart in spots.
I tried a throw rug from Wal-Mart but it faded in 1 month of sunlight.

Found today at Lowes, outdoor carpet, no backing so its flexible, and a real close match to the color of the front carpets.

Item: 362991
Eternal Blackberry CA

6' wide, sold by the foot.

I bought 6' for $18.72

I still have the original pieces to use as patterns.

Wish I would have known that when I had the maroon interior! The previous owner used home carpet with flowers on it, I'll try to find a picture. It was hard as a board and had the crunchy feel to it when you'd move it around. But it held up nicely enough and no one else really noticed it (because I never told them ).

Yes, from a distance, rather royal.

At Lowes they did not have a visible sample swatch displayed, and being not a hot seller the roll was never near eye level or the floor. But there it was. Been looking for at least 3 years.

They were rather nostalgic I guess...entertaining little thing to me at least.

That's awesome that you were able to find something - and thanks for sharing!

Ebay carpet is nice and only cost me $100 shipped for an exact cut with the edging and all. Looks better than original.
