B&G Springs

Does anyone here have them, or at least know the spring rates for them? www.shox.com sells them for $200, they lower the car 1.4", but don't list spring rates.

Nevermind, I found their number and called them. 25% stiffer than stock, but they're progressive rate springs

How do you like the progressive rate? Is a smooth increase in rate as the spring gets compressed? Some progressive rate springs completely suck. They are one rate for part of the travel, then all of a sudden they change to the stiffer rate, which completely ***** up handling.
