Away For the Winter

I am prepareing to put my RX7 away for the winter, and I was just wondered how many people are getting ready to store their RX7s for the Winter?

If any one has any storage tips please feel free to pass them along.

close the fresh-air vents and put some damp-rid in there if it's gonna be outside. i came back from iraq to a moldy car because of those damn vents.

Do an oil change, add fuel stabilizer to your gas tank, seal your air intake, fresh coolant (heavy on the anti-freeze), mmo in the engine...

I hope I don't hafta store it until sometime late November but we'll see

I'd fill the gas tank up so condensation won't eat away at the inside of the tank. And yes, add fuel stabilizer too.

I'll probably take the battery out of mine. Probably a little better for the battery, and also harder to steal that way.

Also, I plan on pouring some drygas in the tank, upping the level of antifreeze in my coolant, draining my front and rear windshield washer tanks and filling with new, and plugging the air intake.

I'll probably be parking it in a storage unit somewhere, and covering it.
