Nothing. What I would do is use a turkey baster type device to suck all the fluid out of the cylinder, fill it with fresh fluid, then open the bleeder valve, and bleed the system through a few times, flush it out a few times, then fill it one last time and bleed the system and seal it all up.

I started to do that, but when I did it the pedal would stay down, I'd have to wait an hour or two for it to return to the top of its stroke. What's the cause of this, Is this from the ATF??? this car is soon to become my parts car but still want to drive it until that time.(as soon as another FB becomes available).

Jesus is the Messiah
TJ's right, the ATF would normally make the rubber seals swell. And it can turn certain types of rubber to jelly :O.
I'd rebiuld the thing if I were you, or just throw it out.

Another vote for replace.
Rubber used with brake fluid is incompatible with petroleum products.
Just ask the Jiffy lube on Rt.1, right next to the Tire shop I used to work at.
On the late 90's Isuzu Rodeos, the PowerSteering and Brake fluid resivours are RIGHT next to each other and look exactly the same. They topped up someone's brake fluid with power steering fluid.
The dude damn near hit a wall.
$300 in brake work and all was good again. (Replace rear wheel cylinders, replace master cylinder, flush system.) Jiffy Lube footed the bill. They're lucky the ABS pump didn't suffer damage.

I'm not too worried about it now, took it to the collision repair shop today, the right frame rail is pinched at the crossmember, the right front fender support is buckeled upwards, rad support is shoved left approx. an inch, both frame horns are shoved upwards and twisted, and the drivers door is sagging.
I'm saying screw it, if the clutch cylinder and master cylinder are toast too ******* bad, it can stay bad. Not worth the time considering I only paid $200 for the car.
Time to find a clean shell.
