What is the switch with the blue/teal color to it?

I'm not exactly sure what that is... but from what is still on the switch it look like it might be a Defroster switch.

The only other factory switches that I know of that were in that piece are the rear wiper/washer and cruise control switches.

There was also a power antenna switch in that panel on some years. Parts manual for 81 shows one in the spot where you have a block off plate.
