Arizona FBs and clubs?
Hey people...
I am currently posting this thread from Clarkdale, AZ (near Sedona).
We are debating on moving down to this area, and wondering if there are local Rotary clubs in AZ?
We're about 1 1/2 hours north of Phoenix.
I've seen so many more Rx-7s (mostly 2nd gen) on the road up here. The area we are in seems to have a Datsun 260 or 280z on every block. All near mint condition.
Alot of the ugly 280ZX cars from the early 80s too.
So, let's hear the info, AZ people....

Come on people. I'm seeing more and more Rx-7s every day I am out here. Aren't any of you from Arizona?
And, if you're not, you SHOULD be here. It's classic roadsters and GT cars everywhere.
Today was some British and Euro car festival...
TR4s, TR5s, TR6s, Alfa Romeo Spyder Veloces, MGB roadsters, MGB GTs, Saabs, Spitfires, a 308 GTB, XKE Roadsters, XKE 2+2 coupes, Morgan Plus 4s, etc. They cruise for miles along historic routes, and then up into the old historic mountain mining towns.
The house (old Clarkdale High School) we are at is right on the historic road, so we got to sit on the front steps and watch the cars go by.
The smell of the exhausts was intoxicating...I was saddened by the fact that my Rx-7 is parked back in Minnesota.
Anyways, its classic car heaven out here....and they are ALL drivers, no trailer queens.
With all these cars, there has to be a few club members.
Where you at????
