Im not buying anything, lol. I have a parts car with two coils in it that I wanna try first. I just need to get down to the car so I can take them, lol.

BTW, isnt it a little odd that BOTH coils are doing it?

Ok, youre making me feel better now, thanks . I guess Ill look into the other coils. If the problem goes away, good. If not, Ill hope Accel will send me the two wires I need. I want to upgrade to MSD coils, but I dont want to do that until after I have all this worked out .

Did you buy the accell Yellow performance coils? I had the same problem and replace the coils, wires and plugs at the same time and it still does it.

peace

Every time I do work on a car like replacing the spark plugs wires, cap, rotor, etc, I keep the old parts around...

See if you can dig up some old wires and plugs somewhere that are still in usable condition... (Parts car)

If the plugs are fouled or the plug wires aren't making good contact this can result... Also, if the distributor cap or rotor are in bad shape, that can happen too.

Play with it. Keep swapping out parts if you have them around and see what works.. Remember what's new and old though.
