Ok Im Saveing up to rebuild my 12a and i was wondering what is the best way to go with apex seals.....Is carbon the best......Do thay last longer or do thay just seal better......O And if you need to know what kind of porting im going to do i think im going to go with a race parting job.
Also I was wondering if who has the best gaskits?

 

ok no you dont need carbon apex seals...they do seal better but dont last that long ( dont quote me on that ) they`re more for race engines...there are alot of different kinds of ports. i would personally go with a good sized streetport for optimum drivability and fun factor ...umm if your doing this yourself then heres a link to ashitload of parts. http://mazdatrix.com/ have fun!
