Hmmm.. i got some pics of a buddies car. He had some of those pedal covers anyways we were comin aroudn a corner and his foot got stuck under the brake so we ended up full throttle aorund the corner in 2nd got a bad case of under steer went up the curb and stright into one of those big metal lamp poles.. the ones that go up then curve over the road.. thank god it was there or we would have gone straight into the gorund lever of some apartment and proly ennded up halfway in sumone dinign room.. lol. anyways when we hit the pole the light on the end fell and smashed on the street adn the light housing was hanging by soem wires swiming on the end up the pole. car was literally "wrapped aroudn the pole" either ends of the bumper were actually touching. they had to get two tow trucks to get hte car off the pole.. once trucked was secured to the pole with a chain and the other had a chain attacked to teh car to pull it off the pole. to make it worse we had to cases of beer in the back. and we we hit only 2 brok but the get beer all over they car so we got outa the car wreakign of alchohol. anyways i got some pics of the car but i need to find a scanner.. ill see what i can do abtou that.. i guess this was pretty pointless but im bored as **** and felt like tellin a story :]

well after reading this thread and the other crash thread listed by purple82 i've noticed a mentality to the forum

when seeing a cripled rex you start to think, not of the people in the accident or if anyone was hurt but instantly think of what is still salvageable on the car.

not criticizing or anything, because I did this too. Just stating my opinion

Whatever's done to the people can't be changed, nothing we can do about that. But the parts on the car can be saved, and we can use them
