Hey Felix,
Can you tell me more about that interior?
It looks pretty good and easy to do. What Steering wheel is that?

THanks

I got the ugliest 80 interior I will try to post pics of. It is Brown and shot to hell. With a black glove box. I love the shifter though. And the wiper and headlight controls are pleasantly different.

Just my $.02

Starting to play with a hand-me-down Kodak DC290, so it took a while since he lost the directions...the Polaroid's just weren't cutting it when scanned...

Hmph.

1980 interior.

Note that '81s are different from '79-80, as '81s are Series 2, and have a different gauge cluster and center console/shifter setup.

Now I know I wish I had cleaned my interior before my own interior shot! Very nice, but what factory option, exactly, is the one that replaced the pocket below the stereo?? Did floppy drives exist as an obscure option in '80?

I think that's the factory cassette option. I don't know as my own '80 had a very crappy Jensen tape deck installed there.

(well, "installed" is maybe too strong a word... what's a good word for "hacked a hole in the dash and chopped up the wiring harness"?)

I'd say the center console was the biggest deviation between the years. Your '83 is remarkably like my '80 but cleaner...man, I wish I had cleaned my interior for my shot!! Whereabouts in the Metroplex did you have you incident?
