Anyone got a lead on a "factory" spoiler?

Factory, dealer-installed, whatever it was, the wraparound type.

Bought a similar from Atkins and the quality is not impressive. Going to be a pita to mount (and the guys at Atkins must be the least helpful RX7 vendor in the universe).

Wondering if anyone has a lead factory spoiler?

I appreciate the replies.

I called MazdaTrix and theirs is the same. Just an ill-fitting piece of fiberglass with no mounting hardware. Sounds the same as mine. It really is a piece of junk. I'd have to glass in mounting bolts to even be able to mount the thing and it doesn't fit worth a damn.

Still looking.

Many of the early aftermarket spoilers were actually fiberglass pieces of crap... and they were mounted with screws that went through the metal inside and screwed into a piece of fiberglass with no nut. The factory 3 piece one is held in place with nuts on the main section and screws on the 2 side sections. Most of the 3 piece ones i have seen as of late really need to be redone because the glass is really bad on them and their age is showing.

actually, yes. yes they are becoming rare. the ones i have run across are in terrible shape and i rarely see them anymore. i have the fiberglass one piece, and it actually doesnt look too bad but i need to repair it and properly install it. currently its held on by 2 wood screws :p

the three piece oem rear spoilers were part if an IMSA package that could be sold with the spoiler, stainless steel targa band, and IMSA air dam. the oem rear spoilers are three piece and were available with the IMSA appearance group package or were also available separately. gotta say that i see you have a Scirocco and a 944.. i'm a fan of both! partially because i also have a 944 but more so because i've always loved the older Scirocco's!
