Anyone ever use FC engine mounts on a 1st gen?

Anyone ever use FC engine mounts on a 1st gen?
I have a pair of low mileage competition engine mounts from my FC that I was wondering if theyd fit the 1980. They look identical except a slight size difference, but should still bolt up right?
