Anybody every used the Hidden wireing Harness from AUS
I am looking to rewire the entire car and clean up the engine bay. I have had major electrical problems that just wont go away and its got to be the old 79 wiring, some wires have broken off or the plastic sheathing cracked. I looked on ausrotary.com and found a guy named simon that makes a "hidden wiring harness" that replaces all wiring minus headlight relays and also converts glass fuses to new style just wondering if anyone had any comments or personal experience with his harnesses. thanks robert

painless just replaces the old, this will completely re routes the wireing in loom to were it is completely hidden as far as i understand. i know somebody that used painless but he ended up with alot of stuff you dont use and had to tuck away. not sure how it would go on with the rotary plus 79 is different from 81-85 i believe??
How can you hide the wiring?
You can tidy it up or replace the loom, but as most wiring goes to specific components it would be difficult to hide.
Am I missing the point for spending $500 plus labor?
The Aus version is nearly the same as Painless, but with slight differences to meet Aus lighting specifications.
