Any trick to adj disk brakes?

Any trick to adj disk brakes?
Hi all, replaced brakes on GSL. is there a way to adj the rear pads like going backwards and pumping brakes or handbrake,,,or will they adj by themself,,,,,thanks........

They are self adjusting, take it you got the bolt off the caliper!

Yes, i bought a gatorhead tool...fits all, came off with no problem,,,thanks,,,im gonna replace the bolt as well.......
