Question any suggestions?

OK I am rebuilding an 84 gs and have got it down to a few small things left to do , but of course I have run into another problem ...

I went to install the driveshaft but the threads on the pinion flange are stripped so I cant get the bots to stay in .

do I

1. retap the holes and use a bigger bolt
2. change the entire assembly out (I have an 81gsl and an 80 both with conditions unknown)
3. just swap the pinion flange and driveshaft with one of the above

Peace

Are you talking about the 4 bolts that hold the driveshaft to the pinion flange?

Mine has 4 bolts, with nuts and lock washers on it

Thats what I was thinking but I flipped my 80 parts car on its side and there were 4 12mm bolts holding the driveshaft to the flange , no nuts . Ill have to check to see if I have any nut and bolt sets that fit since it was dissassembled when I got it.

Thanks
Peace
