The front seal is at the end of the red line in the picture, behind the front hub. It's in the front cover. I've never done this (other than during engine disassembly, but I believe you have to remove the front cover to replace it. This would involve removing everything from the front of the engine, including the water pump, oil metering pump, etc. Also, if it's a 12A or GSL-SE 13B, you'll have to support the front of the motor to remove the front motor mount.
