Any interest in a searchable Service manual?

Call my compulsive, but I think the service manuals would be a lot better if they were searchable. I don't mind putting the time in, but would anyone find that useful if I were to offer them for free?

One of those things that's screaming out to be done but nobody's been bothered to do it properly. I'm with you all the way.

I ran across a Neon FSM that was semi-search able when working on a friends car, made finding what I needed much easier. I say go for it and suggest the 85 FSM as your 1st project.

That would be great. Sure is nice of you. If you were closer I would do the same suggestion of vipernicus42. Beer always goes great with service manuals.

Hell, if it was a decent, searchable, FSM accurate manual, I'd be willing to mail you a beer. Of course, it prolly wouldn't be much count after the USPS got thru (mis)handling it.........
Besides, you're from Texas, and wouldn't want the watery stuff they sell around here.

If you make it, I will be glad to host it. I host many other service manuals... just check my sig.

Also, PDF are searchable. You can search for single words.
