im not shure what its called but where the` radio is, i cant find an 85 surround for **** so this looks like a good idea.

Here's the best pic I could quickly find of my center console area. Keep in mind, my car is more purpose built...meaning no climate controls, radio, etc...

they have stock trim on ebay for an 85 it looks decent. its listed right now.
blown 83 whats are those swithces on your dash that **** looks good. u got nos in that?

Thanks! I used too thick of aluminum. It was one piece but I had to cut it to make the curve down to the shifter. I ripped my bending vice off of the work bench trying to heat the piece and bend it. At that point, I just cut it. And yes, I have N2O. Here's some better shots of my interior............................well, I have tried and tried, but cannot get them to load. I don't know if they are too large or what. If you want better shots, email me (toddb@charter.net) and I will forward them to you.

wish i had some pics of a black widebody FB i saw around here years ago. interior was full cage with racing seats and the dash was all custom fabbed out of sheet metal & aftermarket gauges. very clean job to say the least....

I will forward pics, tonight, to you. And, yes, that's the Mazda Racing SS kit. It has a crazy *** short throw. It's very tight and can't just cram the gears like before, with the stock shifter. Overall, I do like it, just wish it would loosen up a bit. Tried several little things, but the same result....still tight. All the parts seem to be of very good quality.
