Any advise?

Damned oil tube will not come off I tried pulling and wiggling it with a dumb wrench for an hour or two.

It's probably really old, so it there a different tool I could use instead of my Vise Grips to get this damned thing off?

Thanks.

Rubber mallet is best; piece of pine (soft) 2x4 is next best.
Whack it softly side to side, up and down. It's not threaded or crimed. Just push fit.
If you're installing another one, just tap it in dead even on the top of it.
