Ah, I will be going. Irvine only about 2 hours away. Cool. I ain't paying no 35 bucks for dinner though. I have been to lot's of banquets and that's just outrageous.

Thanks for your willingness to attend SS-5 and support us. I understand $35 does seem a little expensive for the banquet but, it's what we had to work with this year. The hotels and banquet halls in the Orange County area are very expensive. The club doesn't make any money off of this and we would actually like to make it free for everyone but, we just don't have the resource to support it. If you attended last years banquet, you might understand the real significance of the dinner. IF you did attend and didn't enjoy, my apologies. I do understand the sticker shock but, to say that it is outrageous, is a little unfair.

Hey remember, the actual SS-5 event/show and gathering are completely FREE.. even parking is free... as is the 2nd day activity!
