Any 1st gen enthusiasts wanting the bargain of all bargains? Hurricane related.

House took water with Harvey and the Insurance company will most likely be along soon to take away my RX. I can retain it cheap and pass it on to any willing enthusiast who will give it a good home and clean it up. Not looking to make a penny, just to find it a good home. Water up to seat bottoms I am sure, will get better details soon.

Details, built from a 85 GS and an 81 GSL (GSL limited slip (?)and rear discs), approx. 55,000 miles, 12 A stock with Car-Tech watercooled/intercooled turbo kit, fresh turbo rebuild and Weber rebuild and Centerforce clutch, Mariah Mode 1 wide body kit with one piece front bumper/spoiler and one piece rear wrap lip spoiler. Color is mid 90's Acura Milano Red. Racing Beat Upper strut tower brace, springs and sway bars. The rear end had fresh bearings seals lube calipers and rotors and shocks, front struts, rotors, calipers and maybe ball joints. Wheels are HRE 3 piece polished with painted cast centers, 17x8 front and 17x9 rear. Hella headlamps with replaceable halogens 55 watt lows, 100 watt highs. Windshield was new, new window regulators, windlaces/channel runs, inner and outer belt mouldings and weatherstrips on doors. Car is so close to complete, was licensed and inspected and running/driving. While I say "new" to many of the details, this has been a 20 plus year project that has been relegated to last priority so many times I can't count.

PM me please. Don't want it scrapped out and I do not have the time to save it.

Spares and a box of Rotary Rocket magazines (as soon as I can find them) will go with it.

Why would insurance take it? You hold the title I'm sure. Are you placing a claim against it?

I can arrange shipment to California for this one. Let me know, I'll take it off your hands and restore another 1st Gen.

I'm happy to pay to have the car shipped to Ohio and finish the restoration. Would be great to finish the car you started and maybe get the car back in your hands some day!
