The other leak is coming from between the front housing and the front rotor housing, at the section where it says "Mazda 12A." Whomever rebuilt must have not installed a gasket properly. I cleaned it off and tried to stop it temporarily by applying hi-temp silicon sealant, no dice. Any other suggestions?

 

If you have to pull the front cover, then you might as well rebuild it, if you're going to rebuild it you might as well get it ported. One thing leads to another.
