Either incorrect bleeding procedure, or your slave cylinder is going bad (my guess). Mine just developed this issue, so I am looking at a new slave myself...

Old and weak clutch hydraulics often show up right after installing a new pp. They show up quicker with the upgraded pps. Spend 100 bucks, buy a new master, slave and ss hose. They will last longer than your next couple of clutch changes.

At present the clutch is not engaging and disengaging properly, which wears on parts, clutch, synchros, tob. It's cheaper to address the hydraulics now than have to replace more parts later.

if you do replace your hydraulics and are still having the same problem, you may want to look into the trans input bearing. these go bad and cause one to have to fight to put the trans in gear.
