Question Alternator Replacement.

I been having drop on voltage on my Rx7 and could be that the alternator might be going bad or that it got weak due to age. I planing on replacing it with a 1988 2nd Gen Alternator. Would that be enough for me once I upgrade the headlights, on the car as well?

Thinking of getting from Schuck's a Autolite Import Alternator: Pro-Tech™ Import; Reman

The 88 alternator is 75 amps, stock is 55 amps. It should be able to handle anything besides a high power stereo.

yea, I don't have high power stereo. I just want it to handle the car eletrical system better than the crapy alternator this car have right now. Specialy now in this winter with rain here in Seattle. Wipers, headlights, heater, radio etc.. will be running at the same time. With this alternator being old and low amps it feels like is going to die.
