Alternator belt and Duralube!!!

Ok, about 3 months ago the "belt" started to make a whisteling sound around 5000RPM, so i tightened it and it went away untill 6500rpm.
About a week ago it started doing the same so I tightened the belt again and now it starts whisteling at around 4000RPM - 5000RPM depending what gear the car is in.

Ok now i ordered a new belt from Mazda havent put it in but will that theoreticly solve my problem???

****Also Duralube "pour and go" is awsome I put that stuff in while idile and at first it started smoking like a chimny and my friend who recomended it was so scared the look on his face was priceless but after about 30 - 60 second it was gone today i ripped it down the highway mann does it move it acctually wants to revv unlike before it would get there eventually... so get this stuff in ur car ****
