alternator
my alternator on my car is being weird. i have a plug n the back of it (the top 1 of the 2) and when i have that plugged in i cant turn off my car. but when i take it off i can sturn my car off with the ignition.

Yes, that is weird! I haven't heard of that one before.
The back of my alternator only has one plug (with two wires) and the main 12V connection. I know, 'cause I just pulled it off and took it to the "alternator doctor".
