For all Rotary engine Enthusiasts
We're starting a manufacturing company for small, mid-size, large, and heavy-duty applications. We're starting out with R/C size engines. Once perfected we will begin testing on Go-kart and ATV size motors. Shortly after we'll start testing the car, truck, and SUV size engines. Our objective is to create Rotary Engines that can be used for not only for a few selected cars but also for R/C cars, ATV's, cars, and trucks. Since the business is just starting unfortunately we do not have the proper funding for some of the supplies needed and still be able to pay the prices for the materials. We're willing to pay for the materials your willing to sell but ask for a reduced price.

I think he's asking for any spare parts (IE Rotor housings, bearings, manifolds, carbs, etc.) so that he can work on them and either experiment, so he can be a tuner, or resell...
He's willing to pay for them, but requests that you sell for lower than what it'd norally go for... Obviously this is directed at those of us who have eight rotary engined cars in the back yard with the wife nagging you to get rid of some (all) of them...

your business failed already. you mind sharing business info here? perhaps your building location, maybe a website. whats your training, how many employees, capital invested in equipment such as lathes, mills etc. production and marketing schedules. o.s. already makes an aircooled r/c scale rotary. so you have competition already there. what kind of an engineering background do you and your engineering team have? what kind of experience, especially in engine design and specifically rotary.
pint being this sounds hoky and definitely not professional. aka pipe dream. i think that has been shown through damn near every response so far.

Yeah, Corvette tried putting a 3 rotor into one of their cars, and it didn't go off too well. They just don't have enough torque for a large heavy vehicle. Small light vehicles=best. SUV's? No, don't think so. Imagine how many 13b engines it would take to get the torque that the 350 in the Chevy Tahoe has. It wouldn't work... even making them bigger, you'd have to worry about how heat would make it expand... how would you cool it? I figure if it was possible, Mazda has spent so much research money on them, that they probably would have put one in one of their SUV's by now.

the location is in Yorktown, IN. where working on a website right now. years of experence. 15 employees. our lathes are able to get to a .001 of a inch and we use Auto CAD and CAD designs. yes, I know that O.S. makes a rotary engine but that's only for Airplane use only. the team has many years under there belt. If you have it we can make it.
