all metal gaskets?

are there such thing? do the last longer then normal gaskets? my car has burned through many, and i need something strong

uhhh, which gaskets?? i have all metal intake and exhaust gaskets, well actually i think they have rubber where the bolts go through but other than that they are all metal

Are you talking bout where the manifold meets the exhaust pipe. I have had very little luck getting the flanges to seel. I even took my car to a muffler shop were they cut some of the exhaust pipe off and welded a new pipe and flange on. Know it is leaking again. I think I keep warping the flanges.

I have a similar problem with my exhaust (which uses metal gaskets)

I just stack a few up and it fixes my problem at most interfaces....

yeah, i guess if you put two of the fiber ones it will last longer, but i think it just burns through a single gasket easy

I cut my exhaust gaskets from a sheet of thin, soft, copper. Has been working great, no leaks at all.
