We all know what a running SE is worth!!!!


I know a guy in Banff that is getting rid of his SE cheap!!! He only wants $750 for it if someone is willing to take it by tuesday. I haven't driven the car so i don't know how good of shape it's in!!!!!
He says it only has a flat tire. I have also seen him driving around town in it many times, so i know it runs.
I am just letting you guys know, cause i want someone who actually appricates these cars to get it!!!

If your in Banff in the next couple of days, the car is sitting in a driveway accross the street from the Red Carpet Inn. It is parked next to the fence. It is silver in color.

I"M NOT A MIDDLE MAN!!! Leave a note on the car window or something if you want it.

Crap - I'll be going that way in mid-February, but am in California ATM.

UPDATE:

I went to take a look at the car this morning to try to get some more info, i got good news and bad news.

The bad news first: I took a good look at the car and it is NOT an SE. The guy told me it had the fuel injected motor in it..... but i guess he doesn't know that much about cars. But the car is confusing me a bit. It has drums in the rear, but is has leather interior???
I thought that only GSL and GSL-SE models had leather interior and rear disc brakes??? So in other words, i'm not sure if the car is a GS or a GSL with a swapped rear diff.
I couldn't look at the motor cause nobody was home and i couldn't pop the hood. But, i'm almost sure that the car is NOT an SE.
I will try to get ahold of him this afternoon, to get a better look at the car.
But guys, please assume that this is a carbed motor until i can prove otherwise.

The good news: is that the car is in really good shape inside and out. And only has 161 xxx KMS on it.
So even if this car is not an SE, it is still not a bad deal for $750.

As soon as i get some more info i will post right away.

Sorry guys for getting your hopes up!
I really wanted an SE too!!!
But if all goes well, i will own it in a few days.
After i found out that it was not a SE, i made an offer and he is considering it now.
He is gonna call me back tomorow with an answer.

It's not an SE, but hell, it has 100,000 less kms than my GSL.
