Air pump operated 6 ports... Do I have to cover ACV

Im going to hook the air pump up to the actuatators but i wanted to know if i HAD to make a Plate for the ACV? I got have any scrap metal around at the moment, and i wanted to get it done today... So could i leave it there or do i really need to take it off? I am going to be needing to do emissions next year so i have to be able to put everything back..
Thanks alot
JIMMY

you don't need to remove the ACV. They operate seperately.

Thanks Directfreak,
My brother had to be hanging out of the window of our jeep to take it, but it did turn out pretty nice!

Thanks abeomid for the reply
