Air/Fuel Mixture Help

I accidently played with the wrong screw and set my air/fuel mixture outta whack. What is the screw supposed to be at stock? How many turns or half turns from it stumbling (all the way clockwise, backing off counterclockwise) should it be. Thanks.

turn it all the way in. then back it out 3.5 turns. that should be a good starting point.

You are turning the correct screw right? It seems alot of people on the forums have the wrong idea as to what screw is what.
