Does anyone sell the pulley that connects the eccentric shaft to the pulley? Or should I just try to restore mine

 

If you have the original,you're one step ahead. Glassbead/prime/paint.=looks like new.
I think you'd search a long time to find a new replacement,and be unsuccessful.

 

Or if you have it out and off, take it to a local machine shop. A simple round part of that thickness might be something they could cut from a bar end. They make a few bucks, you pay a few bucks, everyone wins.

Las a backup contact a community college shop professor.

 

Even better you can mess with the drive ratios. Under drive the A/C to save some power.
