Different Pulley or Pully

Whats the difference between the Pettit PowerPully and Greddy or Unorthodox pulley. I need the pulley that eliminates the Air Pump. Which pulley set is it? BTW, I already have the Pettit PowerPully.

I hear the Unorthodox eccentric shaft pulley requires removal of the shaft bolt, but the others don't. Supposedly if you remove the shaft bolt and don't reinstall it correctly you can do some major damage.
