Ahhhhhhhhhhh

god damn city cant even ****** build a ditch right. im parked way up in my driveway on a hill, come back from work to find that the back end was in water, interior is a swamp now, but it still runs fine. everytime it rains here, our street gets flooded, doesnt matter if its just a drizzle. long story short my street must be some sort of collecting pond for the airport arggggggg. im slightly mad about it. thats car #2 for me. #1 happened this summer, i was parked in the street and went outta town, came back to find the car was done for. i learned my lesson so now i park way down the street higher up or way up at the top of my driveway. no matter, the city sucks *****. tell me how to sue em please.

take pictures of your car right now (if there's any visible damage) and pictures of your car before, as well as pictures of your street while it's raining enough to flood it. Then get a good lawyer... Municipalities are hard to sue.

how about the alamo rent a car down the street? they covered a huge natural wetland field with big parking lot with a drainage system that points it all at us. theres only 2 streets back here so maybe they bought someone off cheap. arggggg im ****** pissed. from now on the ****** bunny in my avatar is me, and kermit is the city saying bend over. there arent enough 4 letter words to describe my anger right now

you could probably get away with suing the rental company blocking the wetlands because they didn't take into consideration the harmful effects of blocking up a natural drain field... That's my little knowledge of the legal system. Phone a lawyer that does free consultations and figure out whether you could have a case or not. Or go to the city and ask if they want to make a settlement before you go to your lawyer... hehehehe I love mind games.
