aftermarket steering wheel hub?

alright. i've noticed on ebay and the likes that they have diff wheels for diff years of rx7. i'm assuming this is because the splines are different on the steering shaft where you mount the hub to. so do all first gens share the same spline pattern? and is it actually different than 2nd gen? and do first gens share the same amount of splines with anyone else (ie: miata)? thanks.

I don't know what type of steering wheels you are looking at, but you can get the Grant adapters at your local Advance Auto. http://www.partsamerica.com/productd...artNumber=3597
