Why cant you wait for 13BEEF's hoods. Those are the best hoods IMO. Very worth the wait

Me either. IIRC some company makes and or MADE a fiberglass OEM replacement. If I were you, like said above, I'd just wait it out. Nothing's going to compare, I'm sure, to 13BEEF's.

Im not sure the function/look your going for, but you can do a lot yourself if your able. I ordered this cowl scoop off ebay made for a camaro. A drill, 10mm wrench, 10mm socket, rachet, and a trip to the home depot for bolts/washers was all I needed. Pictures not the best, but you hopefully get the idea

I am still doing my best to get good quality CF and fiberglass hoods right for you guys. As with other parts i am persistant and won't give up.

On a side note the reverse vented hoods have been designed with 1st Gen Rx7's in mind. The vent sits nicely behind OEM radiator fan/shroud and definitely makes a noticable difference to underhood temps

Damn there is a huge diffrence in the quality of 13 BEEF's hood and the Home Depot hood. Not knocking anyone, I just think your better off waiting for that CF hood because those hoods 13 BEEF has are sweeeet!

It takes time to make a nice quality cf hood and thats what 13beef is making. He is very talented in what he does. It is very well worth the wait. I'm sure its not the only thing he does( making parts for our cars that is), He's busy and he just can't work on the hoods all the time.

Oh ya he's also making it vented so there's more time that is worth the wait and he's making it very clean by the looks of it. GOOD JOB on all of your work 13BEEF.
