I already have a Fuel Pressure Gauge and an Air / Fuel Gauge installed in my A-pillar dual pod.

Agree with Max, then I would add water temp, fuel pressure and the A/F, cover all the usual problem starters. get high quality gauges, dont mess with junk they react too slowly. Fuel pressure is often installed under hood but I like to be able to see it if I have a failure before I overrev a starved engine

I have a fuel pressure gauge under the hood coming out of the regulator... but I have a fuel pressure gauge with the isolator to watch it while I'm driving too. All my gauges so far are Autometer Z Series.
Oil temperature sounds like a good one... being my stock oil pressure gauge from the factory seems to work fine. Where's the best spot to pick up the temp for the oil..??
What's up with the stock water temp gauge...?? No good..???

i dont know about other people's, but my water temp guage only goes up less than 1/4 of the way when it's fully warmed up. So I'll be getting a water temp guage, along with oil temp. and press. when I get my console plate

for water temp, stay away from sunpro, autogage, or those without a sealed sending lines. they are unreliable since it picks up additional heat for the engine bay specailly during stop and go traffic. Autometer and Stewart & Warner are good but very expensive. IMHO, a set of Equus ($40 for a triogague) is good enough. I have been using them for almost a year now with no problem.
