Ok, so what do you do to add an adtermarket water temp gauge? The mazda has a little pipe threaded sensor, but no room for the large sensor that comes with the gauge.
So, what have you done?
Thanks ~ JEB

I use my microtech
In all seriousness though. I looked into this a while ago and found a how to thread that was helpful. I am not sure if it will work for your specific application for a couple reasons.
1. Not sure what sensor you are using
2. This is for an install on a REW. And since that is what I have that is all I am concerned with.

Hope this helps.

I took a 2" piece of copper tube form homo creepo and drilled a hole in it just too small for the fiting then I put a bunch of JB weld on it and turned it in. cut my top radiator hose in half then put it in between.

i took the senser out that is below the thermostat..and filed the brass fitting down a little and forced it in.........no leaks (if you do this be careful not to brake it of in the housing brass is very soft) or you can do like i did and go everywhere for like 2 weeks looking for the pice that no1 has to get it to fit the right way
