i need to give my car a bath under the hood and one problem i have is that i painted the engine before i put it in and i dont wanna use degreaser on it because it create ugly spots, is there anyways to clean it good without damaging the engine paint? thanks

pressure washer! WOOOOOOO! just cover anything that might suck water in. i do this on some engines at work and it makes it way easy and very very clean!
