Add engine coolant light fading in and out

When I drive my rex, the add engine coolant fades in and out randomly, its not when I floor it, just randomly. any ideas? is something faulty or is the engine really not getting enough coolant? Maybe the pressure isn't sealed, could that be because of the radiator cap? the radiator is full with fluid and the coolant container is full with fluid.

the sensor on the stock rad is on top in the middle of the rad check and see if the waire is frade if it is replace it, if not there could be air in your cooling system( very bad). there could be multiple reasons for that.

1 coolant levels not filled correctly
2 bad coolant seals
3 bad water pump
4 bad t-stat house gasket
5 if you have a 12a water could be getting past the o-ring on the intake mani.

Low voltage can cause this problem. Have you had problems with your charging system or battery?

Handle that sensor with care, too; they break easily. Do NOT overtighten it; if you do, even new ones will snap in half, leaving the threaed half down in the hole. No fun.
