Add coolent light
I flushed and refilled cooling system, using engine block drain. Also replaced temp sensor and radiator cap. Heater puts out lots of hot air, but add coolent light keeps coming on when I drive. It stays off in idle or if I rev it up while stationary. The level of coolent in the overflow tank never changes. What did I do wrong? This happened a few years ago and I corrected it with a new radiator cap.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Also check to make sure your level sensor wire isn't fixing to break off. I've had two go bad and eventually break off the radiator. Took me a long time to figure out what the hell was going on, too.
Could also be that the sender is going bad. I've had that happen a number of times, too.

I have had that same problem to, that light hasn't gone off since I got my car. The connection was broke. I haven't overheating and the temp guage is still good.
