Accel hesitation+ suspension question

2 questions:

When i floor my car i get a hesitation before WOT. It almost feels like maybe the carb is getting stuck while its trying to open all the way. I have replaced the spark plugs wires and air filter. Fuel filter is next. The carb suposedly was rebult a year ago so i dont suspect that but dont know.........any ideas???

SUSPENSION:

IS there anything special i need to prepare myself for when putting my new struts/lowering springs on? Just making sure there are no special tricks or tools i will need to know about. PS: i have an 85 gs w/ 130k Motor rebult at 110k.

It might be a flat spot where the motor leans out in the transition between primary and secondary jets.

Check your fuel filter.
On the stock Nikki, vacuum operated secondaries eliminates any transition problems. It's a fuel delivery problem.
