ok i took apart the gauge cluster to an '88 second gen RX-7 to swap them into my 1st gen. my RX-7 is odometer exempt, so altering the mileage is legal in my case. i took apart the gauge cluster to change the gauges' odo to match the tranny and engine (29,000 original miles) and cant line up the odo number gears so they work again, anyone ever do this before?
