Heres my 1985 GS with RB header, straight piped, nikki mods, GSL SE differential, original paint, everything else is orignal, the interior is in 100% great shape, it has 104k miles, compression test where perfect, starts in .5 sec even in cold weather. Florida even worse for these cars cause of the heat listen im not knocking you I have never ever ever seen a rotary with 402,000 miles on it without work and I have been playing with mazdas since 1984 so I do not know where you get your info from I just bought one in which im selling now florida car since it was bought no rust but everything if you bother to take apart and look I gaurantee are shot and this was an old couple who babied the hell out this thing but the heat down here is brutal even if garaged kept which sometimes is worse for the car in florida all that does is save paint. I had to change almost every O-ring maybe not leaking now but it will. Listen dude I like your car just saying dont think your not gonna run into problems seen alot of guys like you buy these things only to start having serious stuff go wrong she is looks clean even though pics are blurry I wish my interior was that clean. Dont get so defensive next time just looking to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
