FL 85 Hard starter?!?

I live in FL and my car like me hates cold weather... She doesnt start in the morning now. It will turn with occasional pops. When it gets about 60 outside it will start right up like it had no problem at all? i have a holley600 on it and can fully adjust it with ease so i know its good. Any ideas?
