85 GSL-SE - Replacing Oil Hose - Help!

My 85 GSL-SE is leaking oil from the top hose as it enters the oil cooler. How difficult is it to replace this hose? It looks like it is hard to get to. I am not a mechanic, so any tips or advice would be appreciated.

usually, the oil cooler hoses are just fine. the problem most likely lies at the bung where the fitting threads into. over time and stress the bungs will crack. you can either have it repaired by removing the oil cooler and taking it into a shop to have it tig welded or you can replace the oil cooler.
