whenever i brake the pedal goes to the floor. well it goes to the floor and then i let of the pedal and push again and it is good, but i can feel it start to slowly move towards the floor. is this master cylinder or brake lines. i checked the fluid and it isn't low. thanks for any help

 

It's the master cylinder.

Chuck it before you rear end someone.
