I have an '85 parts car and have recently put the carburetor out of it into my '81. There have been a few problems that I have been having and I am wondering if any of you rex gooroos out there know if this would cause any problems.

The engine has a real problem running when it has sat for about half a day, or when it is at all cold. I can usually get it started after a couple tries, but it has to sit and warm up fully, or it will die as soon as i put it in gear and give it any gas.

 

do you want to sell the 85 carb? let me know

 

it depends if I need it in my 81, if I can get my 81 carb to work then I will sell the 85. Do you need any other parts out of an '85, I may have them

 

i need a oil filler tube that isnt rusted

 

that is one thing that I did not take off the parts car
