new engine new holly 650. timming chked choke closed when cold. problem is when cold i have to pump gas pedall to get car to start. Then when I do this it floods out and I have to keep pumping to get it going and of course compression goes up and turns over hard. Semms to start better on short distance and car sits for awhile Please help this is killing me
